Milton Hourcade sheds new light on the history of UFOs in “In Search of Real UFOs”

“Regretfully, within the ufological environment there is a lot of envy, incompetence, jealousy, and mutual discredit,” says author Milton Hourcade. “And dealing with the subject itself, there seems to be a too emotional approach instead of a quiet, rational one.”

About the Author
Milton Hourcade is a Uruguayan-American who started dealing with the unusual aerial phenomena when he co-founded in his native country the Unidentified Flying Objects Investigation Center in April 1958. He has personally investigated hundreds of UFO reports. The Mutual UFO Network named Hourcade a research specialist, and he was the representative in Uruguay of the Center for UFO Studies, personally appointed by Dr. Joseph Allen Hynek, considered at the time the most important expert on UFOs in the world. Hourcade was a member of the UNICAT Project, and is a member of Project 1947, which is a work of historical research directed by Jan Aldrich. Lecturer and author of three books in Spanish, he won the International Zurich Award from the Fundación Anomalía of Spain. In April 2008, he started the Unusual Aerial Phenomena Study Group, which is an international organization with very select members in 12 countries throughout Europe and the Americas.
